Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner
• Build strong and genuine connections with customers and offer personalized product advice
• Address concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs
• Help open and close the store, handle cash, and follow all procedures and regulations
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support inventory tasks like restocking, fulfilling online orders, and counting products
• Consistently meet daily sales goals by upselling, building trust, and using product knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
• Excellent communication skills and strong multitasking abilities
