Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Build strong connections with customers and offer personalized product advice
• Address concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the team to maintain a respectful and inclusive atmosphere
• Help with opening and closing the store, handling cash, and following procedures
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support inventory tasks and process transactions accurately
• Meet daily sales goals by upselling and using product knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
• Experience using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Basic proficiency in math and computer applications
• Positive and proactive mindset with strong conflict resolution skills
