Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide best patient/customer experience
• Welcome and greet patients/customers
• Build rapport with patients/customers
• Enter patients/customers into Virtual Gateway and Biotrack systems
• Answer phones and maintain proper phone etiquette
• Educate patients/customers on products and company initiatives
• Make recommendations based on product knowledge
• Maintain store appearance and compliance
• Manage cash and inventory
• Package bulk flower for sale
• Guide patients/customers to resources

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Pass CORI background check
• Experience with POS systems
• Customer service or sales experience
• Basic knowledge of cannabis products and compliance
• Genuine enthusiasm for the cannabis industry
• Positive attitude in high-volume retail sales settings
• Proven cash handling skills
• Ability to work long hours on feet
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Apple OS
