Job Description

Provide excellent customer service and sales experience to patients/customers in a retail cannabis dispensary setting

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet patients/customers
Build rapport and provide product information
Answer phones and maintain proper phone etiquette
Check IDs and allocate guest badges
Educate patients/customers on products and company initiatives
Make recommendations and complete sales
Maintain store appearance and compliance
