Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
• Build strong connections with customers and offer personalized product advice
• Address concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs
• Help open and close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures and regulations
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Consistently meet daily sales goals by upselling and using product knowledge
• Stay on top of promotions and product updates to give customers a seamless experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
• Experience using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills and strong multitasking abilities
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools
• Basic proficiency in math and computer applications
