Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers in the dispensary
• Answer questions and make recommendations to patients and customers
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with patients and customers
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a dispensary or similar environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations a plus
