Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
• Promote products and services to customers, and make recommendations as needed
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
