Job Description

The Retail Representative will be working in a dispensary setting, serving customers and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about cannabis products and be able to make recommendations to customers. This role will be based in New Buffalo, MI.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with purchasing decisions
Maintain a high level of product knowledge
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous retail experience preferred
Knowledge of cannabis products and laws
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
