Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and make recommendations to customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
