Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services
• Process transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy with sales and customer interactions
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a cannabis dispensary or similar industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
