Job Description

The Retail Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support in a retail dispensary setting. This role will involve interacting with customers, answering questions about products, and making recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of cannabis products and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
Answer questions and make recommendations about cannabis products
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and trends
Process transactions and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of retail experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers at once
