Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
• Manage sales, process transactions, and maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new products, strains, and accessories
• Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations a plus
