Retail Operations Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Receive product against packing slip/manifest and PO and enter receiving and inventory information into the appropriate software system or systems
• Process shipments by printing labels, affixing labels, and properly storing product in the vault
• Vault picking, packing, unpacking, and canceling of ECOM Web orders, quick pick up in store, and curbside pick up
• Work with the AGM and GM to meet all regulatory, compliance, safety requirements
• Correct all violations with a sense of urgency
• Participate and lead all scheduled dispensary inventory counts
• Identify, report, and reconcile any inventory discrepancies with assistance from AGM and GM
• Accurately record, track, and maintain all inventory related data through internal management software and systems

Requirements

• Must meet minimum age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health
• A minimum of 1-2 years of cannabis dispensary experience
• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent math and accounting skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to pass a full background check
