Retail Lead (Part Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provides friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate customer service
• Educates customers on the brand, product options, and regulatory compliance
• Processes sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provides training to staff as needed
• Acts as sales leader to meet or exceed the company’s sales goals
• Ensures order fulfillment and restocking
• Maintains compliance with Company SOPs and state regulations
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Must meet the cannabis regulatory requirements by state
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience required
• 1 – 3 years of leadership experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Basic math skills including adding and subtraction required
• Reliable transportation required

Benefits & Perks

• $19.00 - $21.01
• Busy retail environment with moderate noise level
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift, lift and carry up to 50lbs occasionally
