Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and lead team
• Educate customers on products and regulatory compliance
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Execute daily communication with store team
• Authorize facility access
• Ensure order fulfillment and restocking
• Assist with training and development
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Must pass a background check
