Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Helping retail customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Providing extensive retail product knowledge to customers
• Completing work assigned during scheduled shifts
• Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Following proper cash handling procedures and discount/coupon application
• Answering phone calls and greeting customers
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts and product sales
• Assisting in the cannabis product inventory intake process
• Preparing, packaging, and delivering curbside pickup orders
• Maintaining medical patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Comprehending and applying security and safety compliance procedures and protocols
• Maintaining store organization, cleanliness, and general upkeep of sales floor and inventory areas

Requirements

• Marijuana Establishment Agent Card and Jurisdictional Work Cards (as required)
• Ability to understand and complete given directives in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
• Basic understanding of compliance software and job-specific information technology
• Adherence to all industry standards set forth by Local, State, and Federal regulations
• Capacity to work autonomously to achieve daily directives and department goals
• Flexible work schedule required
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and point of sale applications
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
