Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint—whether in-store or at the customer’s door
• Communicate professionally and proactively during deliveries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
• Build trust and rapport by answering questions and offering helpful product information
• Greet and assist all guests warmly, providing personalized product recommendations
• Resolve concerns with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction
• Safely transport cannabis products in compliance with company policies and all state regulations
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes for timely, accurate service
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, ID checks, POS transactions, and inventory tasks like restocking and fulfilling online orders

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 25 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a compliance-driven environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
