Job Description

Provide excellent customer service, product knowledge, and recommendations to customers while following company sales methods and contributing to sales expectations in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
Educate customers on products and regulatory compliance
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Contribute to meeting sales goals
Perform order fulfillment and restocking
Comply with state regulations and company policies
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills
POS software and cash management experience preferred
Reliable transportation required
Must be able to pass a background check

Benefits & Perks

$16.00 - $19.52
Busy retail environment with moderate noise level
Ability to stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs occasionally
