Job Description

Assist the Retail Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including managing the sales floor, inventory, and customer service, while training and developing new employees.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve operational excellence through planning, staffing, and communication
Manage team by setting expectations, providing training, and evaluating performance
Motivate team to meet sales and profitability goals while providing excellent customer service
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities
Maintain accurate inventories and reports
Provide feedback, training, and guidance to improve staff knowledge and performance
Resolve customer complaints and maintain a safe store environment

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
Basic computer skills
POS software and cash management experience
Reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
