Retail Assistant General Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a high-performing team
• Leading and supporting staff with customer service, sales training, and product knowledge
• Maintaining strong inventory controls and upholding compliance standards
• Coaching, training, and developing staff
• Partnering with the General Manager to create, monitor, and track store KPIs
• Assisting with day-to-day operations and partnering with other internal teams

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Previous cannabis experience preferred
• Experience with point of sales systems and backend compliance tools
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication and customer service skills
• Analytical with the ability to set and track store KPIs
• Open availability with no scheduling conflicts
