Regional Field Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the go-to-market process of new products to drive demand and create new news for Cresco Labs House of Brands portfolio
• Utilize Canva and Hotbox to build marketing materials that highlight Cresco Labs House of Brands products
• Identify and implement opportunities to expand retail presence while demonstrating value to retail partners
• Manage the MA Brand Field team to oversee the growth of key retailers in their specified territories
• Establish strong working relationships with decision-makers, managers, and budtenders within key account list
• Educate and excite budtenders and key stakeholders on brands, product benefits, consumer need states, and industry trends
• Plan and develop merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
• Collaborate with key accounts to create attractive sales floor displays and ensure prominent product display
• Utilize sales and marketing skills to drive brand in-store presence and increase distribution and sales
• Schedule and execute consumer events to drive demand and trial of new products
• Build monthly pre-reads and After-Action Reviews in partnership with local team and Regional Marketing Director
• Run quarterly region meetings with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to report learnings and action insights from the field
• Partner with Regional Marketing Director and General Manager on state-by-state budget allocation, Brand Field team KPIs, and sales support tools

Requirements

• 5-7 years of related industry marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and strategic mindset, measuring KPIs of field activities
• Ability to coordinate efforts with distributor personnel, including orders, delivery, and merchandising support
• Familiarity with on/off-premise marketing initiatives and local market trendsetting accounts
• Strong project management, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Skilled at multitasking with ability to meet deadlines
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Repsly, Canva, Workzone, Tableau, and Adobe Suite is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cannabis, trends, and industry preferred but will train the right candidate
• Must reside within the state of Massachusetts, Boston preferred but open to anywhere within state
