Regional Field Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Be the expert on the brands, business, and cannabis category
• Support the go-to-market process of new products and strains
• Leverage Canva and Hotbox to build marketing materials
• Identify KPIs and implement opportunities to expand retail presence
• Manage the IL Brand Field team
• Establish strong working relationships with decision-makers and retail partners
• Educate and excite Wellness Advisors/Budtenders on brands and products
• Plan and develop merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies
• Collaborate with key accounts to create attractive sales floor displays
• Schedule and execute customer and consumer events
• Support the BFRs as needed for account support tasks
• Run monthly/quarterly Region meetings with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years' related industry sales or marketing experience
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Ability to coordinate efforts cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other teams
• Familiarity with on/off-premise marketing initiatives
• Strong project management, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Repsly, Canva, Monday.com, Tableau, and Adobe Suite preferred
