Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages
• Manage the front desk, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
