Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and customers
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage the front desk and maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a related field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
