Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control GMP style documentation
• Coordinate and track in process checks and release documentation
• Partner with Compliance to interpret requirements and close compliance gaps
• Manage quality complaints and provide clear feedback to stakeholders
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis
• Implement long term resolution through CAPA
• Coordinate sampling and COA flow with third party labs
• Support traceability and reconciliation in METRC or BioTrack

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years in QA, compliance, or regulated manufacturing
• Strong documentation control experience
• Working knowledge of GMP concepts and controlled document systems
• Experience with investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA
• Familiarity with cannabis regulatory compliance and state track and trace systems
