Project Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across all Fine Fettle markets
• Build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and deliverables
• Track project progress and follow up with internal stakeholders
• Help manage incoming Marketing requests and triage work across the team
• Manage vendor relationships and creative agency relationship
• Maintain Commercial Hub within Notion company intranet
• Provide regular project status updates and risk reports

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, marketing operations, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once with strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Interest in the cannabis industry and project management
