Production Value Stream Supervisor - 2nd Shift - MI

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a value stream of 100+ hourly employees during assigned shifts to meet daily production goals
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, operational targets, and KPI metrics
• Conduct bi-hourly audits to ensure teams are tracking toward goals and maintaining quality standards
• Coach team members on process adherence, proper techniques, and expectations
• Maintain accurate records of production data, batch traceability, and METRC entries in accordance with state cannabis regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a production lead or supervisory role in a manufacturing or regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience supervising teams of 50+ employees
• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with inventory systems and compliance tracking tools such as METRC
