Production Value Stream Supervisor - 2nd Shift - MA

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a value stream of 100+ hourly employees during assigned shifts to meet daily production goals
• Conduct bi-hourly audits to ensure teams are tracking toward goals and maintaining quality standards
• Coach team members on process adherence, proper techniques, and expectations
• Maintain accurate records of production data, batch traceability, and METRC entries in accordance with state cannabis regulations
• Enforce and monitor GMP, PPE, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and compliant workspace
• Partner with the Production Manager to allocate labor and equipment effectively based on the production plan
• Report any deviations in staffing, material shortages, or process bottlenecks in real-time
• Support operational readiness by ensuring all supplies, materials, and documents are in place before each shift
• Promote a high-performance, positive work environment aligned with Jeeter's values and culture

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a production lead or supervisory role in a manufacturing or regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience supervising teams of 50+ employees
• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiar with inventory systems and compliance tracking tools such as METRC
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, specifically 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping
