Production Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product assembly and packaging
• Select and prepare cannabis flower for production
• Utilize automated equipment and manual techniques to produce pre-rolls and other manufactured products
• Conduct regular inspections of productions for quality and packaging
• Operate and maintain production machines and equipment
• Adhere to Ohio cannabis laws and regulations
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Maintain accurate records of production batches
• Report issues or deviations from quality standards
• Follow safety, quality, and process control policies and regulations

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively
• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and weigh products
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with rules and regulations
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift, and move equipment and supplies
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
