Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Debucking, trimming, curing, grinding, drying, and packaging of cannabis harvests
• Precise hand trimming for flower sales
• Data entry in state-run seed to sale inventory system
• Organizing work areas and performing daily tasks
• Maintaining a neat and organized work area
• Adhering to procedures and practices according to SOP's
• Facility and equipment cleaning
• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Performing routine equipment inspections
• Following safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborating with the production team

Requirements

• Ability to follow Standard Operating procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to perform precise hand trimming
• Basic math skills for accurate weighing and recording of materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent required
