Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Debucking, trimming, curing, grinding, drying, and packaging of cannabis harvests
• Following Standard Operating procedures and safety protocols
• Accurate data entry in state-run seed to sale inventory system
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Performing routine equipment inspections and reporting malfunctions
• Collaborating with production team to ensure timely and accurate task completion

Requirements

• Ability to follow Standard Operating procedures and safety protocols
• Attention to detail and precise hand trimming skills
• Basic math skills for accurate weighing and recording of materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
• Willingness to participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills
