Job Description

The Production Tech is responsible for the efficient processing and packaging of marijuana flower for retail stores and wholesale program.

Key Responsibilities

De-bone, trim, package, label and distribute Good Chemistry products
Basic cleaning tasks and other various duties to support the production facility
Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
Adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana being trimmed and packaged
Assist with distribution of packaged products to retail stores

Requirements

Must pass a background check to obtain an RMD Agent card
At least 21 years old
Genuine enthusiasm and love for cannabis and the cannabis industry
Minimum 1 year experience in Cannabis cultivation or production desired
Ability to work effectively across departments
Excellent oral and written communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills
