Job Description

The Production Tech is responsible for efficiently de-boning, trimming, packaging, labeling, and distributing Good Chemistry products to be sold at Massachusetts retail stores and via the wholesale program.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently process and package marijuana flower for retail stores and wholesale program
Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
Adapt to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana being trimmed and packaged
Assist with distribution of packaged products to retail stores
Perform basic cleaning tasks and other various duties to support the production facility as needed

Requirements

Must pass a background check to obtain an RMD Agent card through Cannabis Control Commission
Must be at least 21 years old
Genuine enthusiasm and love for cannabis and the cannabis industry
Minimum 1 year experience in Cannabis cultivation or production desired, but not required
Ability to work effectively across departments
Excellent oral and written communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
