Production Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the packaging of various Revolution products
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets to track organizational goals
• Perform quality assurance checks during packaging process
• Ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered to and updated as needed
• Maintain inventories of non-cannabis items
• Maintain clean workspaces to prevent cross contamination
• Adhere to biosecurity measures to prevent cross contamination
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement 21
• Passion for medical cannabis
• High School diploma or GED required, some college education preferred
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to hand trim with sheers for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
• Great attitude and ability to follow direction
• Ability to successfully pass a thorough internal and external background check
• Ability to obtain a Cultivation Registration Identification Card from the IL Department of Agriculture
