Job Description

The Production Specialist will assist in the day-to-day operations of a commercial cannabis kitchen, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of cannabis-infused products.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and package cannabis-infused products for distribution
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols
Assist in recipe development and product testing
Collaborate with production team to meet production goals and deadlines
Monitor and control inventory of ingredients and supplies

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen or food manufacturing environment
Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred
OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required
