Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking a Production Associate to join their team in Ravena, NY. As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cannabis products by supporting every stage of the packaging process. You will work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, taking pride in packaging and labeling premium cannabis products, and ensuring every finished product meets Curaleaf's high standards before it reaches customers.

Key Responsibilities

Stage products and packaging materials across production lines while performing quality assurance checks
Boost operational efficiency and minimize waste by taking ownership, collaborating with the team, and communicating effectively
Conduct in-process and final quality checks, including testing, visual inspections, and precise weighing
Work quickly and efficiently to boost productivity while keeping the extraction room organized, clean, and inspection-ready
Operate efficiently while following OSHA standards, Curaleaf SOPs, and all required procedures

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with focus and consistency over extended periods
Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable, and help maintain a positive, professional team environment
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
