Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own a product portfolio and be the creative mind behind the positioning of products
• Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive customer adoption
• Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with cannabis retailers and brands
• Build case studies and customer success stories that showcase the impact of Dutchie’s products in the market
• Manage Dutchie’s competitive intelligence knowledge base
• Create and manage enablement materials including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, and training sessions

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or related roles
• Experience conducting competitive research and packaging insights into formats that drive action
• Confidence working cross-functionally with sales, product, enablement, and marketing teams
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging content
