Processing Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for various processes, including harvesting, trimming, processing, and packaging of plant material by hand or machine
• Inspect plant material for defects and report concerns in a timely manner
• Accurately record data on each plant using the company system and protocols
• Adhere to quality control SOPs regarding procedural operations and quality of product produced
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and safe work environment and report any necessary compliance or safety concerns
• Clean and sanitize the processing area as assigned by management
• Dispose of waste in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Meet daily goals, processing objectives, and KPIs set by management
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Cultivation Manager and/or Director of Production

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately record data
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift, and bend
