Processing Lab Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace and shared production areas
• Prepare materials for processing based on daily production needs and instructions from lab leadership
• Track and document production data using electronic batch records and internal systems
• Support operational efficiency by following processes, communicating clearly, and working collaboratively with the team
• Perform in-process and post-process quality checks to ensure products meet Curaleaf standards
• Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, documentation, and product tracking while consistently following OSHA, GMP, Curaleaf, and state-required SOPs

Requirements

• Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills
• Basic math proficiency and comfort using standard computer systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with clear direction
• Ability to understand and confidently work with weights and measurements
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Experience safely handling and properly disposing of chemicals and hazardous waste
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
