Processing Lab Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the workspace clean
• Track data through paperwork and on an iPad using the electronic batch record system
• Use internal tracking systems BioTrack and METRC
• Increase operational efficiency and reduce waste through ownership, teamwork, communication, and collaboration
• Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conduct visual inspections
• Ensure 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking, and security throughout all processes
• Operate in an efficient manner that complies with all OSHA regulations, Curaleaf and State required Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure each product is properly labeled in compliance with state compliance regulations
• Prepare materials to be processed in accordance with daily tasks
• Perform all other assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
• Understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Understanding of weights and measurements
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently throughout a workday with given directives
• Previous agriculture or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
