Processing Lab Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the workspace clean
• Track data through paperwork and electronic batch record system
• Use internal tracking systems BioTrack and METRC
• Increase operational efficiency and reduce waste
• Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product meets specifications
• Ensure 100% compliance with weighing, data recording, product tracking, and security
• Operate efficiently and comply with OSHA regulations and Standard Operating Procedures
• Label products in compliance with state regulations
• Prepare materials for processing
• Ensure consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing
• Complete sanitation of production equipment and tools

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Understanding of weights and measurements
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Experience with safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals and waste
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
