Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices
• Responsible for process Sanitation Gowning & Hygiene, keeping an organized work area and performing daily tasks such as sanitizing working area
• Identify and consolidate formulated materials into approved container and labeled with appropriate batch
• Removal of formulated materials from mold
• Wash pots and pans
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Spray molds with release agent
• Operate equipment per SOP
• Make citric acid solution in accordance with SOP
• Make sorbitol solution in accordance with SOP
• Adhere to departmental, site and corporate safety policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
• 2+ years of applicable experience in filling, manufacturing, and packaging pharmaceutical or food products a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical procedures, standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Ability to accurately record information, metrics and data in a standardized format
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from coworkers, management and regulatory agencies
