Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Harvest and plant processing, including cutting, weighing, and moving plants
• Operating hand tools for cutting and preparation tasks
• Accurately weighing, recording, and tracking product throughout processing
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace to support safety and compliance
• Trimming and post-harvest processing, including removing excess leaves and stems with precision and consistency
• Inspecting product for defects or quality issues and escalating concerns
• Maintaining consistent hand movement, speed, and accuracy
• Meeting or exceeding daily trimming and processing quotas

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry heavier objects as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods while performing repetitive hand movements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Proven ability to stay focused, productive, and quota-driven
• Dependable, punctual, and collaborative
• Previous trimming or production experience is preferred but not required
• Must be 21+ years old as required by the Cannabis Regulatory Association
