Processing Agent

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Learning and following company processing practices
• Ensure daily compliance with policies including state compliance, security protocols, and company SOPs
• Responsible for processing product while ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic
• Work with team members and supervisor to meet or exceed all weekly and monthly production goals
• Report all quality control issues to the Lead immediately
• Maintain accurate records of processed flower to ensure proper product identification and quality control
• Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production area
• Make sure tools and equipment are maintained and calibrated as needed
• General cleaning duties
• Sanitizing rooms according to best practices
• Adhering to strict biological security protocols to aid in the efforts of preventing contamination
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and multitask
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and teams
• Physical ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Prolonged periods of hand use
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
