Pre-Roll Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production forecasts for pre-roll production
• Create daily and weekly production schedules and set clear goals and quality standards for the team
• Train team members to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Manage raw material inventory and update purchase orders in the ERP system
• Coordinate with Retail, Wholesale, and Commercial teams to stay informed about product launches, promotions, and market trends
• Oversee the production process from planning through packaging and labeling
• Ensure the team adheres to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and follows all SOPs
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards in all aspects of the production process
• Ensure safety practices are followed, including wearing required PPE and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Experience with production planning, inventory management, and quality control
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in a related field preferred
