Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Harvest plants in the designated area
• Collect and record non-resinous plant material as waste
• Clean and sanitize the harvest area and equipment
• Perform trimming of dried plants
• Ensure accuracy and traceability of trimming data
• Perform quality assurance measures
• Report any issues or deviations from quality standards
• Sanitize tools, equipment, and work area daily

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years of experience in a regulated production environment preferred
• Basic plant structure knowledge preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
• Must comply with state regulations and guidelines
• Ability to pass a background check required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
