Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Stay up to date and comply with industry regulations
• Adhere to safety policies and wear personal protective equipment
• Demonstrate dependability and professionalism
• Sanitize and clean workstations
• Trim and buck cannabis
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform sanitation and decontamination tasks
• Separate and track cannabis material
• Report abnormalities
• Take accountability for product handled
• Continue education on cannabis strains and industry developments

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic understanding of Massachusetts medical/recreational marijuana laws
• Basic knowledge of how to use a scale for weighing product
• Ability to analyze materials/products for abnormalities
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to pivot quickly between tasks
• Adaptable to changes in policies, procedures, methods, and techniques
• Cannabis knowledge or experience is a plus
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Must pass a comprehensive background check
