Post Harvest Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out procedures and duties in an efficient manner that complies with industry regulations and company SOPs
• Ensure proper recording of data required by PharmaCann SOPs
• Assist with accurate recording of data into inventory control systems
• Perform in-process and post-process testing and conduct visual inspections
• Monitor processing conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures
• Properly weigh, record data, and track batches throughout the process
• Monitor and record dry and trim room conditions as needed
• Operate and maintain trimming equipment and other machinery
• Monitor and report quality of cannabis flower at various checkpoints
• Perform daily balance checks and calibrations
• Train future team members as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-1 years of experience
• Must be 21 years old
• Attention to detail and ability to learn
• Punctual and dependable
• Cooperative and team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check
