Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with harvesting, drying, and curing of cannabis plants
• Monitor and maintain optimal environmental conditions for drying and curing
• Ensure all post-harvest procedures are followed and documented
• Inspect and trim cannabis flowers to ensure high-quality products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the cultivation team to optimize post-harvest processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a commercial grow operation or related field
• Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and post-harvest techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
