Job Description

The Post-Harvest Technician will assist in the harvesting, drying, and curing of cannabis plants. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the final product. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the harvesting of cannabis plants
Monitor and maintain the drying and curing process
Ensure quality control of the final product
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a post-harvest role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of cannabis cultivation and processing
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
